- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪A practice encompassing sarcasm & plenty of lying straight to a persons face. Four times my wife was told the forms needed for nicotine patches had been sent in to Medicaid and one time they stated they had called prior approval at main Medicaid office and it was all a lie. The reason we know this is because Julie from main Medicaid office told my wife they had never received anything from Dr. Dyess office but Amanda the receptionist had said these forms had been filled out and sent in. Hence we are no longer patients there. Too much snobbishness and lying for us to handle.March 03, 2017by Darrel Winchell
